SFL East Winners - Thirteen Year History

This is a thirteen year history of the playoff winners for the SFL East.  In these thirteen seasons, several teams have dominated the league by being in the top three consistently.  These team are listed in order of the number of finishes in the top three:  Kate-O-Tomato (X8), JP Sunshine (X6), Legendary (X5), Thunder (X4) and Nosrednas (X3). It should be noted that the Nosrednas has won three SFL East championships and are the only team to do so. The Legendary have had back-to-back championships. Also, it should be noted that while playing in both the SFL West and the SFL East, the Thunder finished in the top three a total of eight times — five in the SFL West and three in the SFL East.  (Kevin L.
