The car is ours -- the box contains the sculpture we took out, and explains why we wanted to get there as fast as we could: The box took up so much room, Lee's knees were scrunched at the dashboard.

We enjoyed our stay in Issaquah -- After the surprise party for Carrie, and seeing her and other dear friends, Susan and Dick, from Kalamazoo days, Piotr & Marija took us all around to see the sights, including a troll that lives under a bridge, and a statue of Lenin originally from the USSR.

Amazingly, they came to visit us this Fall. Our turn to tour: we took them to Meijer Sculpture Gardens one cold day in October.

From Seattle, we went up into Canada, first visiting the Bouchard Gardens which are as spectacular as everyone says.
