Our team of carvers is experienced and knowledgeable. They are passionate about showing our customers the beauty and wonder of creating memories in wood. From the type of would, to the finishing options, to the staining and sealing, we will work with you. You may have a few questions before playing your order. You have an idea. We work together to come up with a plan. We settle a work order. We send you an invoice. You pay the invoice. We carve and finish the project. We ship it to you.
If you change your mind before we start carving, we can either change the work order or stop altogether - You choose. If we have already started carving, we cannot process a refund.
Payments can be submitted using a credit card, Venmo, PayPal or other electronic means.
We need a copy of the logo in EPS or SVG format. Then our team will assess the best way to carve it. 3D and relief carvings may incur additional cost. We may already have your school in our database. In any case, we will work with you to get the image into your carving!
