The closest one, Young and Wyse being less than 200 metres away. Copious amounts of orchards provide apples, cherries, pears and you can go and pick them yourself if you choose to.
The Neighbourhood
300 metres from the nearest vineyard, winery and orchard. Selling fresh BC fruit and vegetables and awarding winning wines. The home is located about 300 metres from the US border at the end of a very quiet secluded street. It's the quiet end of the lake. The fishing can be very good in the lake. Trout, kokanee and bass are plentiful in the lake. There is very good fishing for Sockeye Salmon in Lake Osoyoos in August.
Getting Around
We have three bikes available if you would like to pack a picnic lunch and go for a bike ride through the vineyards and orchards. The town centre is about an 8 minute drive. The town of Osoyoos has all the amenities including an amusement park, a splash park for kids, a shopping centre, liquor store, hardware store, coffee shops, various unique shopping stores, boat rentals and fabulous restaurants as well.
